The World of Michel Giliberti

Michel Giliberti entered the world in a most unusual way. This talented artist was born in l’Olympia, a cinema in Tunisia, on February 14th, 1950. Looking back at his accomplishments during his life, you would almost say that being born in a place like that, was a forebode of extra ordinary creativity.
In the 1970’s Michel pursued a musical career but decided to put an end to this already after his third record, being disappointed in this art by having the feeling he could not blossom in this area. Michel has been and is also active in the world of literature. He explored most of the literary registers: novels, poetry essays, art books and plays. ‘Le Centieme Nom’ the play currently on stage in France, with Salim Kechiouche and Samuel Ganes, is from his hand. Besides all that, Giliberti is also a talented painter.  His art is full of beauty, emotion, romance and drama. The scenes, often in oriental atmosphere, are truly breath taking and impressive, full of symbolism.
