BEACH MOST CERTAINLY IS A CITY BY ITSELF. INCORPORATED IN 1915, MIAMI
BEACH HAS BEEN ONE OF AMERICA’S MORE POPULAR BEACH RESORTS FOR ALMOST A
CENTURY, KNOWN FOR THE ART DECO HISTORIC DISTRICT, THE FAMOUS OCEAN
DRIVE AND OF COURSE ITS MOST PLEASANT CLIMATE, ALLOWING EVEN IN THE
MIDDLE OF WINTER TO SPEND SOME QUALITY TIME ON THE WIDE BEACHES. WHICH
ALSO ALLOWS PLENTY OF POSSIBILITY TO DO SOME VERY NICE SHOOTS ON THOSE
BEACHES.
Max-Arthur Mantle
is a resident of Miami Beach. He is also a renowned photographer with
publications in print magazines around the globe, like Blue, Genre,
Mate and Instinct, a contribution to Bruno Gmünder’s publication
Manatomy and now a cover story here at BeautifulMag. He is a much asked
for photographer in the fashion industry, and works besides in Miami
also in New York and Los Angeles. Some people just have it all.
If that isn’t enough Max is also one of these lucky guys who is able to
spend some quality time on the beaches of South Florida, and does this
in the most pleasant company of some very handsome men. Strictly
professional that is. Because it is there on those white sandy beaches
that he shot a large amount of underwear, swimwear and body shots of
many male models, and that he has now all combined in a beautiful
crafted photo book, named The Boys & The Beach. 19 Gorgeous models
of diverse ethnicity, all in top form, frolicking in the sun, sand and
sea, and captured by the professional eye and camera of Max-Arthur
Mantle, will be available in this 180 pages photo book, hold together
by a hard cover with dust jacket.
Even though Max-Arthur Mantle
has had his work published in many printed magazines, contributed to
earlier mentioned Gmünder publication and even participated in a
calendar production back in 2004, he never published his very own photo
book and we believe it was about time he did. The beautiful photos of
equally beautiful men make you yearn for those hot summer days and is
therefore indispensable on your coffee table. The Boys & The Beach
will be available this Spring, and the release will be accompanied by
an American promotional tour in which Max will visit first Fort
Lauderdale, Miami, Atlanta, Washington DC, Philadelphia, New York city,
Fire Island, Chicago and Provincetown before continuing on the West
Coast. And he won’t be alone. Some of his models will join him for
signing sessions, parties and fashion shows. In other words, if you can
not go to the South Florida beach, max will do his best to bring it to
