In Bath with Logan McCree

It took Logan McCree only two years to become a leading figure in the international gay adult entertainment industry. It took him only one month to become one of the more popular gay porn actors to appear on BeautifulMag. Many of you read the interview we had with Logan, and many of you asked for more. The wish we are most happy to fulfill.

Even though a little bit dated now, we love this series of photos that are a selection of a larger group shot by Henning von Berg and previously published in Unzipped Magazine (2008). Logan McCree, who is or German origin, competed in the 2004 Mr Leather contest, where he met photographer Henning von Berg, who was one of the jury members. The two artists met on several other events and parties afterward and became friends. And this friendship resulted in some very interesting projects that they worked on together. This photo shoot being one of them.

After having met Logan at several occasions, Henning von Berg, an authority himself when it comes to male artistic photography, decided to contact the remarkable model for participation in an anti-bareback campaign. Logan McCree, being very aware of his status as international renowned gay adult actor, immediately agreed to the idea, knowing that making a statement like that could most definitely make him a lighting example for his large fan base. After all, sex is good and enjoyable, even with the so necessary protection. This anti-bareback campaign was the first of several projects Henning and Logan worked on together.  Like this series in 2008.

Logan remembers: "In 2004 we did the shooting for an anti-bareback campaign, which took place in a dirty sex-club. This time it was a fancy condo in Berlin.The interior design was pretty amazing. I wouldn't wanna live like this, but it was definitely a great location for the shoot. We decided that I should wear a suit and we did quite a lot of photos, before I was naked. It was very nice working with Henning. He  is a great guy with a lot of humor, always saying stuff like: "Why do small people like you always have big cocks?" ☺ It was a pretty long shoot and we tried to use every part of the location. I’m really happy with the photos...it’s definitely one of the best shoots I ever had."

It is not often that someone who is as intrinsically physically beautiful as Logan decides to adorn their bodies with full-body artwork. Some people may be turned-off by this, but in Logan's case I think it works.
