Thomas Synnamon's Band of Brothers

THE CONCEPT OF A BRAND OF BROTHERS IS AS OLD AS WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE, WHO WAS THE FIRST TO USE THIS TERM IN HIS FAMOUS PLAYWRIGHT HENRY V. SINCE THEN THE IDEA OF A BAND OF BROTHERS HAS BEEN USED IN MANY DIFFERENT STORIES, ALWAYS REFERRING TO THE COMRADESHIP AND LOYALTY BETWEEN MEN, THAT MAKES THEM A FAMILY AS ANY BLOOD TIE CAN MAKE THEM. TODAY WE ARE LOOKING AT THE CLOSEST BAND YOU CAN POSSIBLY HAVE. THE BAND OF AN IDENTICAL TWIN.

The were born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, where they spent their time doing all kinds of things together, as you would expect from any identical twin. Pedro and Ramon's band is even so strong that they decided together to move to the United States. For the past 12 years they have been living in New York, a city where you can easily get lost or drift apart. But not Pedro and Ramon.

Pedro and Ramon seem to be inseparable. They are much alike and if you wouldn't know better, you wouldn't be able to recognize one from the other. They are both very passionate, probably a genetic Latin characteristic. They also both have strong will power, what made it easier for the young men to survive the Big Apple. Both Pedro and Ramon work in journalism; Ramon as an Online Editor for a New York City newspaper and Pedro as a Health Editor for another paper in the city, but that is a minor difference. Swimming, karate, working out and playing paddle ball on their beloved Fire Island beach, are important elements in their busy lifestyle, as well as their dogs. They both have one. Oh yes, Pedro and Ramon are as identical as a band of twin brothers can be.

The sexy twins seem to move through life as one entity. But still, if you pay close attention to the details, you will notice some very obvious differences that separates the two brothers as two very unique individuals. They share their mutual passion for sports, but express it in different ways. Ramon is a fervent marathoner, and can look back at already 10 successful runs, including 4 Boston Marathons, 3 NYC, 1 London, 1 Stockholm and 1 Chicago. Pedro on the other hand seems to be more an in-house athlete, taking 5 spinning classes by week. It seems that the difference between inside and outside activities that we see in their sports practices also applies on their private lives. Ramon is single, while Pedro has been in a relationship for more then 3 years. And of course there is a significant difference in age: Pedro is 10 minutes older.

The brotherly band between Pedro and Ramon goes deep. They share friends, they share vacations, they share their lives. They travel together, go to movies and go dancing. And, occasionally, they model together. They did it with Walter Kurtz. They did it with Joe Oppedisano. And now they also did it with Thomas Synnamon. Pedro and Ramon are as close as a band of brothers can be. But above all, they are also each other best friend. -B-

First it was Jorge Rivas' Mirror Project. Now, it is Thomas' identical twins Pedro and Ramon. I'm beginning to think I'm seeing double! However, this is no vision problem I want to correct. The beauty of Pedro and Ramon individually would be sufficient for anyone. But having them interact together magnifies the beauty exponentially. I don't know how Thomas and his camera can withstand the power of such gorgeous men.
