BEAUTIFUL VISIONS COME IN MANY FORMS. ONE OF THEM IS MOST DEFINITELY THE VICTORY OVER THE HIV VIRUS. IN ORDER TO MAKE THIS VISION REALITY, A LOT OF MONEY IS NEEDED TO SUPPORT RESEARCH AND EDUCATION. IT IS GOOD TO GIVE FOR THIS PURPOSE, AND IT GETS EVEN BETTER WHEN YOU GET SOMETHING IN RETURN, RIGHT AWAY.
Two weeks ago, BeautifulVision, is BeautifulMag's first book release, hit the stores and already it has become obvious, it is a huge success. The 260 page photo book, that houses 37 different photographers who, with their magnificent work, all contributed to the vision of beauty, enjoys great popularity. But it can not be popular enough, considering all royalties are freely donated by BeautifulMag toSidaction.org, the 15 years old French organization active
in the ongoing battle against AIDS/HIV, both scientific and educative,
on international level. BeautifulMag is happy to announce a first considerate payment has already been made to this good cause.
I still clearly remember the day back in 1985 when the female spokesperson with the heavy accent announced that, "Mr. Rock Hudson has Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome..." We were all shocked by Rock's gaunt appearance, no longer the handsome, young matinee idol he once was.
AIDS research has fortunately come a long way since that day, but there is still a long way to go and much more work to be done. BeautifulMag is to be congratulated for donating the proceeds from their magnificent book, BeautifulVision, to Sidaction.org and their valiant efforts to battle AIDS/HIV.
Let us all join this worthwhile cause, and do whatever we can to eventually eradicate the scourge of AIDS from the face of the Earth.
